ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine the effect of different commercial feeds on the weight of broiler chicks after 15 days, 30 days and 45 days. Nine 5-day-old broiler chicks were used and were randomly distributed by threes in every chicken coop. Chicks were fed ad libitum with corn, grain and pellets. Then the chicks were weighed after 15 days, 30 days and 45 days.
The ANOVA test wit a probability of .05 was used to test if the difference in weight is significant. It was found out there is a significant difference in the weight gain of the chicks. The results show that pellets was the most effective feed followed by grains and then corn.
