ABSTRACT
The study is about the rate of tolerance of sea cucumbers namely Actinopyga echinites, Bohadschia graeffei and Bohadschia argus to varying amounts of pH, salinity and temperature. The sea cucumbers are subjected to six different phases. These are the increased pH, decreased pH, increased salinity, decreased salinity, increased temperature and decreased temperature. There are three species involved in the study and after they are subjected to the different factors involved in the study and after they are subjected to the different factors involved in the study and after they are subjected to the different factors involved in the study, we will compare their rate of tolerance. We will determine which of the three has the highest and lowest values of pH, salinity and temperature. The sea cucumbers are taken from Molocabato Island, Sagay City, Negros Occidental. We chose to conduct this study because we are actually nature lovers and to explore its beauty. This research will serve as a references for other future studies on sea cucumbers.
