ABSTRACT
The utilization of these indigenous plants; namely, Tubli, Neem and Adelfa as molluscicides on young adult golden snails was conducted under laboratory conditions. Golden snails were exposed to varying concentrations of the leaf extract for twenty-four hours. Results showed that the Mid-lethal concentration (LC50) for the Adelfa extract was 1.67%, 6.7% for the Neem extract and 13.3% for the Tubli extract.
The molluscicidal properties of the plant extracts decrease in the order: Adelfa > Neem > Tubli.
